I am a qualified life coach, with a Diploma in Personal Coaching from the Coaching Academy, for which I attained a Merit. As part of my continuing professional development I am studying for a Diploma in corporate coaching with the Coaching Academy. I have also qualified as a Certified NLP Practitioner with ABL World.

I get genuine enjoyment from working with people and have worked in a number of people based roles in my career, including nanny, recruitment consultant and more recently a complaints officer at an NHS hospital.  In this role I dealt extensively with people who experienced problems with the care they or their relatives have received and was also responsible for providing internal training workshops to clinical staff to improve patient care and reduce complaints. Dealing with the general public on a daily basis has greatly enhanced my listening skills.

As a Life Coach I have coached a number of people with excellent results on a variety of subjects including, confidence, time management, decision making and achieving goals. Many of these, my initial clients, have provided testimonials for you to gain a better understanding of my early life coaching achievements.
